Worth operations with the addition of two new business advisors:  Elizabeth Files and Raj Kolhe. In their advisory role they will assist business owners establish a value for their business, find qualified buyers for their business, and facilitate the sale of the business.

Elizabeth Files

Elizabeth Files offers extensive hands-on expertise as an entrepreneur and small business owner who started a business, grew it successfully, and ultimately sold the business.

As a former high school math teacher and coach, Elizabeth has lived the American success story.  After seeing a presentation on Shark Tank, Elizabeth contacted the company from the show and became their first franchise owner.  That business opportunity resulted in Elizabeth owning and operating the most popular retail family play/party venue in Frisco, Texas. 

She went on to help the franchisor establish best practices in space design and training for future franchisees.  Leveraging that successful experience and expertise, Elizabeth began mentoring other small businesses in business development, operations, and marketing. 

Elizabeth has a bachelor’s degree in mathematics from the University of North Texas and lives with her family in Prosper.  

Raj Kolhe

Raj Kolhe has more than 20 years’ experience in leadership, marketing, business development, and management.  Raj’s extensive professional background includes serving as President of VN Consulting, Director of Global Retail Insight for Oracle, and Director of Global Business Consulting for Perot Systems.  

Raj holds a doctorate in theoretical and applied mechanics from Cornell University, a master’s degree in engineering mechanics from the University of Kentucky and a bachelor’s degree in aerospace engineering from The Indian Institute of Technology (IIT). 

Living in Plano with his wife and two children, Raj is active in a variety of social and civic services; serving as a board member and treasurer for the IIT North Texas Alumni Association. 

Additionally, He was accepted and completed the signature Leadership Plano program, an extensive nine-month program designed to enhance individual and community leadership skills.
